If you haven't already spoken to a mortgage lender, we will connect you with some professionals that can prepare you to start making offers.

I want to know your "must haves", your "nice to haves" and your "wow! I didn't know we could get that!"

We review the documents
This one is a doozy. I review the most common documents & contracts that you will likely be signing when you find "the one"! It's always better if you are familiar with the documents before you actually have to sign them.

We have a questions and answer session
You get a chance to ask me ALL of the questions. We have gone over a lot of information, and I want you to feel 100% comfortable asking me anything you are not clear about.
06.
